Terms & Conditions
- Provisional bookings are held for a maximum of 48 hours for deposit, thereafter the booking will be cancelled and a new booking will need to be made which will be subject to availability.
- Booking confirmation will be sent on receipt of deposit.
- Final payment can be made on arrival via credit card or cash.
- Reception is open until 8pm and a late check-in fee will be levied thereafter at a rate of R150 until 10pm and R100 per hour thereafter. Late arrivals must pre-arrange and guests that cannot be contacted and have not arrived by 8pm will be considered as “No Shows”. Please make sure you contact reception should you realize you are going to be late to make the relative arrangements for your check-in.
- Guests exceeding the allocated number allowed per unit will not be allowed access to the unit and all deposits will be forfeited.
- All guests are responsible for confirming payments made via a third party or booking agent, please confirm with your agent and request a booking conformation and payment schedule from Marine Square.
- Check-in time is from 2pm and check-out time is 11am.
- Any booking cancelled within 2months before arrival during February to November will forfeit their deposit and bookings cancelled within 3months prior to arrival during December and January will forfeit their deposit. All other bookings that are cancelled will be subject to a 15% of deposit admin fee.
- Basic “house rules” are on file in each unit and should you wish to see these please request a copy prior to booking.
- Our off-site suites require a security deposit and post clean fee please enquire about these before confirming your booking.
- Please contact reception after 48hours should you have not received your booking confirmation.
- Random units will be allocated unless requested otherwise when booking.
